ABBRACCIO CHAIR
The design for this chair follows similar principles those of a hammock, it's suspension bridge-type structure cradles and conforms to the body's shape and it can also be used as a rocking chair.
The chair is assembled from a basic kit of parts, which make it easy for transportation and storage. The use of recyclable, light-weight materials such as powder-coated aluminium and upholstery make the chair user-friendly, contemporary and comfortable!
Various material finish and colour combinations are possible and made to order, in Italy.

Sebastiano Ghezzi is an Architect with a broad interest in all aspects of design, from small objects through to interiors and master-planning, who pays a close attention to project briefs and detail.
After having obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree at R.M.I.T. University in 2001, Sebastiano gained experience over a wide range of building types and disciplines, working as a Project Architect and designer on several international projects in leading architectural firms. He established SG2 design in 2004.
